With my 12 years + working as Country Head of Communication at Merck Vietnam – a global German pharmaceutical market leader, in additional to my 2rd role as Chairwoman of Merck Corporate Responsibility initiatives, I was passionate about how I could leverage my business platform and network to work with relevant stakeholders to improve the people’ lives.
With the same mission, now I am dedicated to Tam Nhung social enterprise and Mental Healthcare for Women in Family project. When women are at peace, so are the families.

Giang Nguyen Huong
Legal Director | Co-founder
During 20 years of working in government agencies and actively joining in social activities, I have interacted with women from different levels and places in Viet Nam and around the globe – who devoted their life for families, society, facing many mental health problems, domestic violence, and lack of awareness.
Now, as co-founder and legal director of Tam Nhung Social Enterprise, my goal is to use my ability to empower women in all aspects and to raise awareness of society on domestic violence, discrimination, and gender inequality.
Claire Gaillard, MA
Psychology Director | Co-founder
Psychologist and neuropsychologist. Specialized in/ worked with neurodeveloppmental disorders amongst children; deaf and hearing-impared children with an emphasize on Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Worked in management. With a special interest on cultural impacted issues as I am myself a product of a multicultural family. I love to integrate all those different personnal and profesionnal skills in my work, creating and building new projects while being part of a team
Now in Vietnam I’m working on volunteering projects and I’m accompanying with Tam Nhung to bring values to women in the spiritual life between the transition period between the old culture and the new civilization. I have always been looking for opportunities to do projects for women in France, but now I am here and doing it for Vietnamese women.

Vision
- At Tam Nhung, we would like to contribute to create a society where women are empowered to take care of their mental health and well-being; where they have access to affordable and high-quality psychological and legal counselling services.
- At the same time, we inspire to bring a new way of thinking about women’s issues.
- In addition, we would like to facilitate the implementation of mental health as part of general healthcare program in Vietnam.
Mission
- Increase the awareness of mental health care among women communities in Vietnam to have a better preventive action and proper seeking counselling and treatment at early stage;
- Reduce the ratio of women with mental illness and improve their quality of family lives through capacity building programs and psychology and legal counselling services;
- Enhance the training of a new generation of psychologists through a high-quality teaching program;
